Corrective Maintenance (Troubleshooting & Repair) Services

1. Unlimited number of Breakdown Maintenance (Troubleshooting & Repair) Services for each Equipment will be offered during the period of Maintenance Contract.
2. Troubleshooting & repair of Equipment by Advanced Scientific Engineers within one week if no parts are required.
3. If Parts are required to repair the Equipment, either the Laboratory shall make them available or Advanced Scientific can supply at additional cost.
4. If Advanced Scientific failed to repair the Equipment, then local Vendor Engineer will be arranged within 1-2 Weeks to repair the Equipment at Advanced Scientific cost.
